The Autonomous Underwater Vehicle Team at The University of Rhode Island will be participating in the 2003 AUVSI International AUV Competition, to be held August 7-10 in San Diego, California. This year's mission will pit URI against some of the best Ocean Engineering schools in the country, among the likes of MIT, Cornell U., Florida Tech., Cal Tech., and many others. The competition is in its sixth year, and grows bigger with each year. URI hopes its updated, sleeker design will allow us to win this year's competition!
