Manuscripts should not exceed 20 single-spaced, 8-1/2" x 11" pages, including references, tables, and figures. All manuscripts will be subjected to peer review. The level of technical content should be similar to that of papers accepted by journals in the field.

Manuscripts should be submitted to the conference chair either in camera ready hard copy form or electronically (via email) in Word or RTF format between November 3 to 7, 2007.

The proceedings reprint order form is provided at www.pubs.asce.org/authors/proreprint.pdf. The conference proceedings will be published by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and distributed to all full paying conference participants by fourth class mail. The proceedings typically arrives in mid summer of the year following the conference.
