BAE is starting the recruiting and hiring season early this year and I’m currently collecting resumes for both ELDP and direct hire positions. To give you some background on the program: ELDP is a highly selective three year leadership program that allows recent college graduates to obtain a technically based masters degree while completing multiple job rotations and leadership training. The program requires a minimum GPA of 3.2, relevant job experience, proof of leadership and team experience, and a bachelors of science degree in Engineering.
