Naval Research Enterprise Intern Program
ONR is offering the Naval Research Enterprise Intern Program at Department of Navy laboratories. The program provides a paid 10-week (possibly up to 14 weeks) summer research opportunity at numerous laboratories throughout the country. Opportunities are available for students in many discipline areas. Laboratory links are available and provide a description of the mission and research performed at each laboratory.

The only requirement is that schools have met eligibility requirements, which yours does.

Program Information:
10-week (possibly up to 14 weeks) summer research opportunity at the Naval Research Laboratory, Naval Systems Command Laboratories (participating laboratories are located in California, Florida, Maryland, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, and Washington DC.), Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory, and the U.S. Naval Observatory.

Stipend: $ 5,500 undergraduate; $ 6,500 graduate

Eligibility Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship required (Permanent Resident Alien status will also be considered by some labs) Junior (completed sophomore year by June 2005), Senior or Graduate Student Enrolled at an eligible university. Open to all majors relevant to the research interests of the laboratories
